American Flag with 3D Eagle

American flag with raised Eagle 37"x19". Wood Furnaces of Ohio has been given the great opportunity to work with a local artist Mr. Henry. Mr. Henry has become known over the years for his hand made art work. His art work can be found in hundreds of homes surrounding his studio in Ohio. Mr. Henry takes great pride in hand crafting each piece one at a time. It is for this reason that there are no two pieces alike. The flag is constructed of 3/4" southern yellow pine. The eagle is constructed using 3/4" white pine. The eagle has had some of the engraving completed with a cnc machine. The flag is 100% constructed and hand carved by Mr. Henry. Items are burnt to the exact color he is looking for in each particular piece. Once burned to the desired level the stain is applied by hand. Items have three coats of lacquer finish protecting the stain and wood from the elements. Hanging hardware is then installed. As previously stated. No two pieces of artwork are the same. All items are constructed the same. However, the wood grain and how it takes the stain, burning, and lacquer all can vary.
