RETURN POLICY
1. Customer must obtain from Wood Furnaces of Ohio LLC, a RMA number for ALL returns. The RMA number must be placed on the outside of the box, easily visible for CENTRAL BOILER and WOOD FURNACES of OHIO LLC inspectors.
2. Returned item(s) will be inspected by CENTRAL BOILER and WOOD FURNACES of OHIO LLC inspectors, and must be in new and resalable condition. All products returned should be received by CENTRAL BOILER and WOOD FURNACES of OHIO LLC in the original unopened packaging, with any/all accessories, manuals, booklets and the corresponding packing materials, all in new/unused condition. If items differ from previously described conditions the item(s) will be discarded and credit will not be given to the customer.
3. Items must be returned NO LATER than 30 days from original date of purchase.
a) Purchase invoice must accompany the item.
b) Returned item(s) are required to be shipped to the Wood Furnaces of Ohio LLC address provided within the shipping documents. Wood Furnaces of Ohio LLC will check the return to make sure all components of the return are present. The customer will be contacted by Wood Furnaces of OHIO LLC with the shipping amount due by the customer for shipping from Wood Furnaces of OHIO LLC to Central Boiler. Credit for the return will not be credited to the customer until Central Boiler inspectors have cleared the return.
c) All returned items will be accessed a 30% restocking charge.
4. All returned items will be fully inspected by CENTRAL BOILER and Wood Furnaces of Ohio LLC inspectors to confirm the item(s) are in resalable condition. Refunds will not be credited to customer until verification has been completed.
5. Shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Items ordered but sent in error by CENTRAL BOILER will be returned at Customer’s cost. Once inspected by CENTRAL BOILER, within 30 days of purchase, and found resalable then the returned shipping costs will be credited to the Customer.
6. CENTRAL BOILER and Wood Furnace of Ohio LLC will not be responsible for damages caused during shipping, and / or time delays due to shipping issues.
7. Wood Furnaces of Ohio LLC and Central Boiler are not responsible for parts ordered by the customer.
8. NO RETURNS provided on electrical items and/or electronic components. NO EXCEPTIONS.
